Carousel can be divided into many types, such as small carousel and large carousel. Many businessmen can choose the type of carousel to meet their own needs. Businesses need to install the carousel after buying it, so what precautions should staff take when installing the carousel?

(1) Installation method using copper bar and hammer. It is a relatively simple method to install small and medium-sized rolling bearings and use manual hammering. When the Shaw bearing is installed on the shaft, it is not allowed to directly knock the outer ring with a hammer, but other tools (such as copper bar) should be used to knock the end face of the inner ring of the bearing a little slower.

(2) Install with bushing. The advantage of using the Bush installation method is that after knocking the Bush, the force can be evenly distributed on the entire end face of the ferrule installed with the bearing of children's amusement equipment, and can be used together with the press. When manufacturing the shell, it should be noted that if the children's play equipment bearing is installed on the shaft, the inner diameter of the pipe is slightly larger than the diameter of the shaft, and the thickness is the angle of the inner ring of the 2 / 3-4 / 5 bearing. The tube is vertical. When the bearing cup is installed in the housing, the outside diameter of the sleeve is slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the installed bearing.

When installing the bearing with the bushing, if it is not a large machine, it can be placed on a bench vice. To prevent damage to the shaft, the jaws should be covered with copper or aluminum. Tap it evenly and slowly during installation. If the end cover of the enclosure is flat, use a hammer to tap both sides of the square enclosure in a circular sequence. When the shell end cover is spherical, the center of the cover shall be knocked.

The inner and outer rings of tapered roller bearings can be separated. During assembly, the inner ring can be pressed on the shaft through the rolling element, and the outer ring can be separately installed in the bearing seat hole. When installing the outer race, the sleeve should be placed on the end face of the bearing outer race, not on its inclined surface.

If there is interference between the inner ring and the shaft of the bearing, the outer ring and the hole of the housing, the end face of the sleeve shall be made into a ring, and the end faces of the inner ring and the outer ring shall be compressed to prevent damage to the cage. The housing is used together so that the pressure is transmitted to the outer ring at the same time, and the bearing of the children's play equipment is pressed into the shaft and the housing. This installation tool is only suitable for the bearing that does not protrude from the ring end of the cage, especially for the installation of self-aligning radial ball bearing.
